Construction Management (Residential)
We are accepting opportunities to propose Construction Management solutions to select residential single family projects scheduled to start the second quarter of 2023. We have a project pre qualification checklist to determine if the construction management model is the right fit, and if the building’s fundamental design characteristics are aligned with our construction philosophy.

Stipulated Price Contracts
We are accepting invitations to tender on projects in the Central Island area with a focus on:
- Timber Post and Beam or Glulam supply and install
- Low rise architectural concrete including planters, benches etc,
- Unique interior and exterior architectural and sculptural wood installations
- General contracting of pre engineered municipal and private art installations.
